< Mēdeia1.0> is a that raises awareness of social issues and world events through the perspectives of fashion and art, in collaboration with artists from Japan and beyond. Moving into its next phase, is a publishing label that shifts away from confrontational truths to focus on the “margins” of thought and emotion. 2008 — photographs taken in China, never shown before. The key: Dead-Stick Landing. Photographs have lost propulsion toward their goal: presentation. Yet, that is not a stop, nor an end; this is also a continuing movement. Dead-Stick Landing = powerless landing. “SKELETON GOATS DUST STORMS” is a powerless landing of landscape. Seventeen years since shooting — where is the landscape headed?
